Bethel Maine is a place that I have been visiting since I was a child. I was fortunate to be afforded the luxuries of the great outdoors, both in summer and winter, and pass through this part of the world. More recently, during one of the worst creative slouches I’ve gone through in all my years making images, Bethel served as a bleak backdrop that got my gears moving again to find what has always interested me about the places and spaces that we live in. In the past few weeks I was able to continue, and broaden my ideation of the area and make some images that I really enjoy.
